Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a Store Leader to manage product availability across Grocery and Dairy in-store, ensuring a welcoming and well-presented store experience for customers and staff.

You will lead a team to meet sales targets, maintain stock accuracy, and uphold Coles’ safety and merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in our Australian stores, including Tasmania and Perth regions.

About The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the availability of products in the Grocery (Dry Goods) and Dairy departments which consists of all our non-fresh products in store. You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.

About You And Your Skills

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Direct/indirect leadership experience as you'll be leading, coaching and developing team members to meet sales targets, cost control and inventory requirements
• Ability to keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
• Be well organised with excellent time management skills
• Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
• Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first
