You will coach staff, manage risks, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while upholding high quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role reports to the Regional Manager and offers a supportive environment with scope for capability development.

Formación

• Experience leading operational teams and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information, identify risks and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build effective working relationships.
• Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities when managing complex or sensitive matters.
• A commitment to delivering customer-focused outcomes and fostering a positive team culture.
• The ability to drive continuous improvement and support capability development within a team environment.
• Experience working within a regulatory, compliance or government service delivery environment is highly regarded (not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating team workflows, priorities and workloads to achieve agreed service and performance objectives.
• Providing operational leadership, coaching and technical guidance to support team effectiveness and capability development.
• Monitoring operational performance, analysing trends and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and business outcomes.
• Managing complex and escalated matters to achieve positive customer and regulatory outcomes.
• Building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards of quality assurance.
• Providing operational insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making by the Regional Manager.
