Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Bundaberg. You will supervise service delivery staff, provide clinical oversight, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with the Regional Manager.

This is a permanent part-time role (9 days/fortnight) focused on high-quality client services across multi-disciplinary teams. You will lead case management, risk screening, and service planning, with a focus on safety, duty of care, and regional operational

Qualifikationen

• Leadership skills including the ability to engage and motivate others and positively influence organisational culture.
• Experience managing a team including performance management, monitoring and review.
• Knowledge of current theory and practice relating to community service provision.
• Experience in client service delivery including complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening and critical incident response.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of service delivery staff, ensuring effective resource allocation and consistent client outcomes.
• Provide immediate management support for clinical practitioners, including case management guidance and duty of care oversight.
• Deliver services to clients including complex case management, assessment, intake, risk screening and case planning.
