About The Role

An exciting opportunity has presented itself to join the Wollongong Transport team in an Operations Support role.

The role will be working closely alongside our Operations manager.

As part of your day to day – it may include some or all of the below:

• Support the daily planning of our outbound linehaul
• Assisting with linehaul paperwork (departure sheets, linehaul cover sheets etc.)
• Assisting in our PM shift (loading/unloading PUD’s and Linehaul)
• Completing load checks for direct loads
• Maintaining linehaul provider requirements in Beakon
• Supporting the operations manager to ensure KPI’s are met (delivery load scanning, manifesting, remeasures, loader stats)
• Loading linehaul
• Build relationships with linehaul providers
• Provide support and leadership to operations team where required

Training will be provided for the successful applicant in fatigue management and compliance and will also take place in the Master Loader programme.
