Crown Sydney is seeking an Operations Shift Supervisor to lead the in-house maintenance operations on the overnight shift (7pm–7am) across Gaming, F&B, Hotel and Wardrobe services. This 12-month max term contract requires flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
You’ll lead a small team, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety systems and compliance across high‑risk tasks, while delivering outstanding service to guests and staff.

The role: Crown Sydney is looking for an Operations Shift Supervisor to join the Property Services team in Barangaroo. This role will see you leading and supporting the in‑house maintenance operations team across the overnight shift to ensure that all plant, equipment and essential building services operate effectively, efficiently and deliver business continuity, 24/7. As a key operational leader, you'll drive team collaboration, quality workmanship and overall operational excellence on shift, whilst ensuring internal and external customers are satisfied and experience positive interactions with Property Services. You’ll play an important role in managing emergency events that may present safety risks to guests and staff, as well as mitigating property and asset damage. This role is a 12-month maximum term contract and is rostered for permanent 12‑hour overnight shifts (7pm to 7am). To be considered, you'll need to have flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster which includes weekends and public holidays.
