Job summary

NSW Rural Fire Service is seeking a role central to the day-to-day functioning of Operational Response. You will support OCC management, contribute to state-wide preparedness, and work closely with State Operations and partner agencies to improve critical systems, including the Computer Aided Dispatch system.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support management of the Operational Communications Centre (OCC).
• Contribute to state-wide operational preparedness and State Operations Centre readiness.
• Collaborate with State Operations, Operational Platforms and partner agencies like Fire and Rescue NSW.
• Drive operational improvement, shape policy and procedures, and lead enhancements to critical systems such as CAD.
