Job summary

Easygo in Melbourne is seeking an Operations Partner to become the engine behind Product, Design and Engineering, turning chaos into clarity. You’ll own workstreams, configure Jira/Confluence, build dashboards and apply AI-driven improvements to drive high-velocity teams shipping at full speed.

As part of our Melbourne office, you’ll lead hands-on ownership and partner across teams to deliver scalable solutions, reporting, and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, Delivery, IT Project Management, or similar in tech/product environments.
• Proven experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to independently manage cross-team workstreams across multiple priorities.
• Experience applying AI tools to automate and analyse data.
• Strong stakeholder management across disciplines and seniority levels.
• Structured facilitator who drives decisions and actions forward.
• Comfortable working with operational and delivery data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

As our Operations Partner, you'll be the engine behind our Product, Design and Engineering teams, turning operational chaos into clarity. From systems and integrations to reporting and AI-driven improvements, you'll own the workstreams that keep high-velocity teams shipping at full speed.

What you'll build with us:

You'll build the operational backbone of teams creating products used by millions every day. Working closely with the Senior Operations Manager, you'll translate real operational pain points into practical, scalable solutions configuring tools like Jira and Confluence, building dashboards and reporting, streamlining workflows, and applying AI to solve genuine business problems. This is hands-on ownership, not observation from the sidelines.

The impact you'll make:

• Support planning and coordination across Product, Design and Engineering — aligning priorities, dependencies, capacity and delivery milestones.
• Support integrations across Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace and other business systems, from requirements through to issue resolution.
• Establish and embed consistent operating rhythms, processes, controls and standards across teams.
• Partner with teams to understand pain points and develop practical, scalable improvements — simplifying, streamlining and automating repetitive work.
• Maintain reporting and dashboards, analysing data to surface trends, risks and opportunities.
• Apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and ways of working.
• Support team changes, onboarding and restructures, ensuring changes land clearly and stick.
• Build trusted relationships across Product, Design and Engineering, providing clear updates and evidence-based recommendations.

Your track record:

• Experience in operations, Delivery, IT Project Management, Program Coordination or similar ideally in a tech or fast-moving product environment.
• Proven experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage operational workstreams across multiple teams and priorities.
• Applied experience using AI tools to solve practical business problems — automation, document processing, analysis and data-informed decision support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships across disciplines and seniority levels.
• Confident facilitator who brings structure to discussions, clarifies decisions and drives actions forward.
• Comfortable working with operational and delivery data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the discipline and follow-through to juggle multiple workstreams.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience building or configuring integrations and automations between business systems (e.g. Jira, Slack, Google Workspace).
• A background supporting Product, Design or Engineering teams specifically.
• Agile, Scrum or project management certifications.
