Job summary

Selfwealth by Syfe is seeking an Operations Officer to join our hybrid Melbourne team. The role focuses on precise cash, trading and stock transfer activities, account maintenance, and collaboration with brokers and Customer Support to resolve issues end-to-end.

You will spot risks, identify inefficiencies and help implement improved processes while maintaining a proactive, ownership-driven approach. Strong attention to detail and collaborative problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced

• Experience in investment administration, wealth product operations, or a strong background in cash reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process time-critical cash, trading and stock transfer activities accurately and on time.
• Manage reconciliations, settlements and account maintenance.
• Work closely with Customer Support, brokers and internal teams to resolve issues end-to-end.
• Spot risks, inefficiencies or errors early and help fix them.
• Contribute to improving operational processes and ways of working.
• Assist in implementing new processes or enhancements to existing workflows with the team.

What you'll do

• Process time-critical cash, trading and stock transfer activities accurately and on time
• Manage reconciliations, settlements and account maintenance
• Work closely with Customer Support, brokers and internal teams to resolve issues end-to-end
• Spot risks, inefficiencies or errors early — and help fix them
• Contribute to improving operational processes and ways of working
• Actively identifies inefficiencies within existing processes and suggests improvements.
• Assists in the implementation of new processes or enhancements to existing workflows, working closely with the team to ensure effective execution.
