About the opportunity
As the First & Last Mile Operations Manager, you'll lead the safe, efficient and reliable delivery of operations across the Perth Metro Central region, driving strong outcomes across safety, service, cost, people and compliance. You'll work closely with frontline leaders, contractors, unions and key stakeholders to optimise performance, lead operational improvements and support Australia Post's Post30 strategy through data-driven decision making and innovation.
