  • Provide excellent customer service to internal & external customers.
  • Report on Receivals, Storage and Despatch performance.
  • Review branch processes & propose improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Address issues or concerns reported to COO.

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Operations Manager - QLD.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Strong leadership skills (Communication, team building and collaborative environment focus)
  • Advanced in management of tasks, resources & people.
  • Advanced interpersonal and ability to work amongst and lead a team.
  • Strong Communication with staff and customers
  • Strong understanding of Warehousing & Distribution IT systems and documentation.
  • Acknowledged in receivals, despatch & warehousing innovative/continuous Improvement for systems, procedures & practices.
  • Advanced displayed level of prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of care, maintenance, and handling of products.
  • Advanced OH&S knowledge
  • High attention to detail
  • Requires Forklift and Order Picker Licenses
  • Drivers License & own personal transport

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, it is the responsibility of the Operations Manager - QLD to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal & external customers.
  • Reporting Receivals, Storage and Despatch performance & statistics.
  • Reviewing branch processes & practices, proposing new ideas & continues improvements.
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate & delivered timely.
  • Reporting on issues or concerns related to division to COO. Being solutions focused in resolving matters
  • Management, direction, and performance management of all operations team members.
