Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
  • Manage administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures.
  • Manage patient feedback and complaints effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Manage clinic rosters and appointments.
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial administration in collaboration with the wider Next Practice team.
  • Maintain and manage clinic supplies and equipment.
  • Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Next Practice head office team on strategic initiatives.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a general practice or healthcare setting (essential).
  • Strong understanding of medical billing and Medicare requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in medical practice software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
