Qualifications

Little Para Golf Course, located in Paralowie (SA), is seeking an Operations Manager to work with our professional and innovative team at the most exciting golf facilities in the State of South Australia. Our 9-hole, Par 3 golf course is regarded as one of the best in Australia with full length holes (100m – 165m) meandering throughout the property with ancient River Red Gums and the Little Para River as a feature. It’s an outstanding golf experience.

Little Para also boasts a 230m Driving Range with Trackman Range technology and is home to one of three SHANX Mini Golf Courses in the State of South Australia.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivatedOperations Managerto oversee the day-to-day operations of Little Para Golf Course. This role is hands-on and will suit a leader with a background in hospitality, sport or leisure management.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the golf course, driving range, mini golf, retail, hospitality and events run smoothly while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all golfers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily golf course, range and mini golf operations, including retail, hospitality and events.
  • Supervise, train and support frontline staff to ensure excellent customer service standards.
  • Oversee stock management, cash handling, online shop and reporting.
  • Coordinate events, corporate days, social bookings and activations.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety and licensing requirements.
  • Support the delivery of GreenSpace Management initiatives, promotions and participation programs.
  • Drive revenue growth through retail, food & beverage and participation offerings.
  • Ensure facility presentation standards are maintained at all times.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in operations, hospitality, golf or leisure facility management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
