We are seeking an experienced leader to step into the role of Operations Manager Community Services- Victoria for a secondment period of 12 months. Overseeing our Community Service programs across Victoria.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team of approximately 85 staff across Out of Home Care, Family Services, Family Violence and Early Intervention and Community Development, driving strategic and operational excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage operational excellence across multiple community service programs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team of community service professionals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, government agencies, and community organizations
  • Drive innovation in service delivery models to better serve our clients
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in community services, health, or social services sector
  • Strong understanding of Victorian community service frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and multiple priorities
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, management, or related field
