Drive Operational Excellence in Bulk Fuel Logistics

Join the team powering some of Australia’s biggest names in fuel. Linfox is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily delivery operations across metro Sydney for our key clients, Ampol and BP. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you’ll oversee a high-performing team including two supervisors and a large driver workforce dedicated to the safe, timely, and efficient transport of bulk fuel.

What does the job look like?

This is a hands-on operational leadership role, ideal for someone with strong transport knowledge, people leadership skills, and a safety-first mindset. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing operational supervisors and a professional driver team.
  • Managing fleet performance, delivery schedules, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving a strong safety culture with unwavering commitment to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and DG regulations.
  • Proactive management of customer relationships, maintaining service excellence and delivery KPIs in line with contract commitments.
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement through operational initiatives and team engagement.
