  • Maintaining a safe, professional and efficient work environment

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in operations management, ideally within aviation, transport, security or another fast-paced regulated environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience supporting supervisors and frontline teams
  • Sound knowledge of safety, compliance and operational procedures
  • Strong incident management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail and accountability
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing operational priorities
  • Flexibility to support operational requirements outside standard Monday to Friday hours when needed
  • Current driver’s licence or transport access as required
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain required aviation clearances, security clearances and other site-specific screening requirements
  • Ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including background checks, medical assessment and any other checks applicable to the role

Why Join ACESGroup?

  • Lead a critical aviation operation with real day-to-day impact
  • Join a team focused on safety, service and continuous improvement
  • Opportunity to apply your leadership skills in a dynamic environment
  • Work with a company that values practical thinking, accountability and teamwork
  • Be supported by systems and people who are committed to strong operational outcomes

We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to workforce inclusion and diversity. Successful applicants will be subject to relevant background, police, medical, and reference checks.
