Job summary

Linfosx is seeking an Operations Manager for our Somerton site in VIC, Australia. You will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, reporting to the Site Manager, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective service delivery across our logistics site.

You will lead teams, drive continuous improvement, manage KPI delivery, and strengthen customer partnerships while upholding safety and quality in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and customers.
• Strong understanding of WMS and inventory processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• The resilience and agility to perform in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to achieve safety, service and cost

What does the job look like?

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Somerton. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of services. You will play a pivotal role in leading teams, building capability, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving initiatives that enhance operational performance and business outcomes. Key areas:

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to achieve safety, service and cost
• Manage team performance, productivity and KPI delivery
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders, customers and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer outcomes

You have leadership experience within a warehouse environment and are looking to further develop your career in operations management.
