Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking an Operations Leadership Trainee – Milling to join our flour milling operations in Canada. The program offers hands‑on manufacturing and leadership experience through structured rotations, building production management, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and employee leadership skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Agricultural/Biological Systems Engineering, or Food Science (recently completed).
  • Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).

  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and results‑driven attitude.

About the Role

We’re seeking aOperations Leadership Trainee – Millingto join our team at ADM’s flour mill in Canadian Locations. This program offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands‑on manufacturing and leadership experience within a world-class organization. As an Operations Leadership Trainee, you’ll learn the real‑world workings of ADM—from our people and processes to our equipment and safety culture.
