Job summary

endED Ltd in Queensland is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, growth and sustainability of endED services, including House of Hope and Nurture Community Village. You will ensure services are safe, person-centred and recovery-focused while reporting to the Founder & Director and collaborating with the Senior Care Navigator and wider team.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, program management or service coordination in community services, health or not-for-profit sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, organisational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of quality, compliance and governance frameworks.
• Lived experience of eating disorder recovery or supporting someone with mental health conditions (minimum three years recovered).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of endED services including House of Hope and Nurture Community Village.
• Monitor service utilisation and lead development of new systems as required.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, onboarding and inductions with Board support and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance, quality, accreditation and continuous improvement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring agencies to support transitions and funding opportunities.
