Helsing GmbH is seeking a performance-driven Programme Operations Associate to manage day-to-day sales activities across Australia and the Indo-Pacific. You will track milestones, coordinate bid submissions and stage-gate approvals while keeping pipeline data accurate and aligned with global governance rhythms.

You will work closely with local leadership and international teams, translating operational data into decision-ready updates for senior stakeholders and ensuring timely, compliant bid

Qualifications

• Coordinate complex bids or sales pursuits in a defence environment.
• Maintain pipeline trackers and governance packs with attention to detail.
• Translate raw operational data into clear updates for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the local Multi Domain Lead as operational partner; track actions to closure and prepare materials for priority meetings.
• Run active pursuits; manage deliverable timelines and coordinate technical, commercial and finance inputs for bids.
• Coordinate stage-gate approvals and bid submissions with Commercial, Finance and Legal.
• Interface with UK and global functions; align Australian priorities with central reporting cadences.
• Establish lightweight tracking systems for engagements and run weekly pipeline reviews.
