Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across community operations, administration, hospitality, reception, and organisational systems.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and Christ-centred service.
• Oversee the delivery of ministry administrative support services, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and strong partnerships with ministry leaders.
• Ensure Crossway’s reception and front-of-house environments provide a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors, members, and guests.
• Oversee the management and continuous improvement of organisational data, systems, and processes to support ministry effectiveness and decision-making.
• Lead the operation of the Crossway Café, ensuring it reflects Crossway’s hospitality values while maintaining sound operational and financial practices.
• Contribute as a senior leader to the achievement of Crossway’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities.
