Job summary

Brumby, Sydney-based, builds autonomous drones for cattle management and field operations. The operations role is the organisational glue across events, onboarding, tools, and culture, reporting to the Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer events and demo days; ensure logistics run smoothly.
• Provide first-line customer support; build macros and help docs in Intercom.
• Assist the Chief of Staff with onboarding design and delivery for new hires.
• Support employer brand and culture through events, policies, and internal communications.
• Keep Notion, Intercom, and Slack up to date; publish internal updates and playbooks.
• Oversee office operations, travel logistics, and third-party relationships.
• Manage social media, asset library, and coordination for field days/events.
