Sportsbet is seeking an Operations Executive in Risk and Trading to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across UK & Ireland sportsbook brands. Reporting to the Global Services Team Lead, you’ll manage operational tasks, resolve customer-impacting issues, and collaborate with trading teams to ensure accurate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve settlement errors, ensuring accuracy in market outcomes and maintain detailed records.
• Monitor and escalate customer service queries, delivering timely resolutions.
• Identify process improvements and share knowledge across Trading Operations to boost efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with Sports Trading and Trading Operations teams to proactively manage issues.
• Anticipate and address customer concerns to ensure a positive end-to-end experience.
