We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations/ Compliance Coordinator to lead a critical function within our business. This is a standalone role with significant autonomy and responsibility, overseeing fleet operations, health & safety, compliance, maintenance coordination, and site operational activities. This position is ideal for a proven operational leader who enjoys being visible on the floor, leading by example, driving accountability, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are maintained at all times.
