Job summary

Sydney Children's Hospitals Network in Westmead, NSW, Australia is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Perioperative services, ensuring smooth patient movement and care within a busy hospital environment. This full-time role offers a base salary of 67,094.86 to 68,847.01 AUD annually, plus 12% superannuation, 17.5% leave loading and salary packaging, with 38 hours per week.

• Ensure cleanliness in Operating Suite, Recovery ward, Middleton and CSSD.
• Assist in Operating Rooms with patient care and positioning as directed by RN/surgeon/anesthetist.

What You'll Be Doing

Work within a team environment to maintain the highest standard of support necessary to facilitate the care and movement of patients within the Perioperative services in a reliable, timely and effective manner.

To ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the Operating Suite, Recovery ward, Middleton and CSSD.

To assist within the Operating Rooms with patient care and positioning as directed by Registered Nurse, Surgeon or Anaesthetist.
