BARE Recruit And Consult Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations and State Manager for an insurance builder, based in Perth. The role focuses on strategy and operations, high-level performance management, and achieving state financial targets while overseeing account management and business development.

You will lead the team, meet with Loss Adjusters and insurance companies, and engage stakeholders to hit targets.

• 5 years management experience - preferably in Operations, State or Branch Management.
• Background in the insurance repair building space preferred, however we are also open to candidates from residential, commercial and/or strata construction industry backgrounds.
• Well presented, steady, calm and empathetic - ability to lead calmly.
• Ability and interest to commit to the role long term.

Operations and State Manager - Insurance Builder

Opportunity available for an Insurance Building professional to step into an Operations and State Manager role within a remedial and insurance building company in Perth.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

This construction company specialises in insurance repairs, private remediations, renovations and property maintenance across the residential, commercial and strata space. In addition to this

Projects include everything from emergency make safes and disaster response work, to programmed maintenance works.

They work across multiple states, and have an extensive network of qualified trades to ensure that projects run smoothly.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Your position will be strategy and operations focused, including high level performance management, overseeing state financial targets, account management and business development.

The Construction Manager running the local team of Supervisor Estimators will be reporting into you, as well as the Branch Manager who runs the administration team.

Part of the role will be meeting with Loss Adjuster and Insurance companies in order to maintain and increase allocation.

You will additionally be meeting with stakeholders regarding hitting financial targets.

This is predominantly an office based position in the CBD. It is full time, Monday - Friday.

The starting salary on offer is $130,000 - $145,000 + superannuation + company vehicle (based on experience).

ABOUT YOU

5 years management experience - preferably in Operations, State or Branch Management.

Background in the insurance repair building space preferred, however we are also open to candidates from residential, commercial and/or strata construction industry backgrounds.
