Key responsibilities

Manage the service budget within delegated authority, including workforce utilisation, fleet and other operating costs, debtor management, billing accuracy against NDIS/Support at Home plan utilisation.

Maintain and strengthen accurate client, workforce, service and financial records, including billing controls, debtor ageing and bad-debt prevention processes.

Lead, support and develop the direct care workforce through clear role expectations, supervision, competency assessment, performance management and workforce planning. Implement approved workforce changes where required.

Lead clinical governance and practice oversight, ensuring individual support plans, risk assessments, and clinical documentation meet regulatory and best-practice standards.

Coordinate operational integration, systems migration, policy alignment, record transfer, reporting and implementation of agreed Group systems and controls.

Provide concise weekly, and more frequent reporting during integration when required, covering operational and financial performance as well as progress against improvement actions and KPIs.

About you

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (unrestricted AHPRA registration).

Demonstrated management experience in NDIS, home care, disability, or allied health service delivery, ideally including P&L or budget accountability.
