Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for logistics? We’re currently seeking a motivated Operations Administrator to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract at our Minchinbury site.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the positionincludes the following responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently manage core administrative duties, including timely updates and processing of sales orders, shipment documentation, and SPO (Service Purchase Order) completion.
  • Process and reconcile all CHEP and LOSCAM pallet transactions using 2IC software, promptly identifying and escalating discrepancies to the Pallet Controller.
  • Review and debrief all linehaul-related paperwork, ensuring accurate upload into SAP and securing pre-approval for contractor SPOs.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Rail Operations Team, assisting with coordination and documentation as required.
  • Monitor and track all linehaul movements, proactively identifying and reporting any delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
  • Complete all required reports with a high level of accuracy and within designated timeframes—including exception reports, SPO reports, and shipment performance reports.

  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Certificate IV – Business Administration or Transport & Logistics or equivalent
  • Transport industry working knowledge
  • Previous experience & knowledge of warehouse and rail transport industries
  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience in a freight scanning environment
