Job summary

CSL Limited in Melbourne’s Broadmeadows facility is seeking an Operational Services Associate – Deviations to join the manufacturing quality team. This fixed-term role focuses on deviation investigations across the value stream, supporting CAPA decisions and ensuring timely closure.

You will lead end-to-end investigations with QA and manufacturing, document findings, define root causes, and help implement process improvements in a GMP environment. Two 12-month contracts are available.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / engineering or quality is highly preferred.
• Exposure to deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and GMP environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive team player able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Operational Services Associate -Deviations x2 to join our growing team. Based at our Broadmeadows facility and reporting to the Manager, Operational Services, this role provides expertise in deviation investigations across the manufacturing value stream and supports operational improvements.

We are hiring for two fixed term (12 months) positions.
