Qualifications

Overview

Join our Business Operational Risk Management team who supports the continued improvement in operational risk awareness and culture across the Commodities and Global Markets Client Fulfilment Team.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Analyst/Manager in the Commodities and Global Markets Operational Risk team, you will provide critical support to the Client Fulfilment function, which drives client onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) refresh processes. In this role, you will take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and strengthening controls end to end. By conducting control assurance activities and investigating incidents thoroughly, you’ll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience.

You will work closely with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement solutions that close any areas of improvement. Additionally, you will play an active role in facilitating engaging risk workshops and training sessions, empowering teams with valuable insights and strategies.

What you offer
  • 3+ years’ experience within either Operational Risk, Assurance, Financial Crime Risk or Client Onboarding/Refresh
  • Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders and the ability to effectively collaborate with and challenge colleagues across a range of seniority
  • The ability to think laterally, grasp abstract concepts and complex situations combined with strong problem-solving skills
