Outlier is seeking contributors to help shape the future of autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This freelance, remote opportunity offers compensation up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments, and includes access to leading AI tools.

You can select your own schedule, typically spending 5–10 hours per week up to 40 hours, with payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, and can build production-grade software

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
