You’ll collaborate on complex AI workflows, building and testing multi-step orchestration across services for real-world applications. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with a track record of production-grade software and modular architectures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
