Job summary

MyndShift Group is seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators for multiple open-cut mining sites across Queensland. CAT 777 operation experience and solid hard rock open-cut background are essential.

You will join production teams with rosters (8/6 or 7/7) varying by site; DIDO/BIBO/FIFO may apply. Candidates must hold current Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, National Police Check, and valid C Class Driver's Licence to be considered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating large mining dump trucks in open-cut operations.
• Proven operating experience on CAT 777 and similar equipment.
• Current Standard 11, Coal Board Medical and National Police Check.
• Valid RII competencies for relevant machinery.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow site procedures.
• Ability to work independently and within a production team.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently across active sites.
• Support production targets across varying site environments.
• Follow site procedures and safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with production teams and site crews.
