Job summary

Tillys Play and Development Centre – Chisholm NSW is seeking a Certificate III qualified OOSH Educator to join our family-owned team. You will contribute to care and education for children birth to 12, using play-based learning and child-safe practices.

Split shifts across BSC and ASC, 27.5 hours per week, with strong professional development, access to NESA accreditation support, and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

We are currently looking fora Certificate III Qualified OOSH Educator to join our team who is excited and passionate about OOSH and school age care.

Split Shifts 5 days per week - 27.5 hrs (10 hrs BSC and 17.5 hrs ASC)

Your Essential Requirements and Key Responsibilities:

• To be considered for this position, you must hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification. You should possess a Current Working with Children Check NSW, along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Your passion for Early Years learning and development should shine through, aligned with Tillys' values of professionalism, high-quality care, inclusive and supportive relationships, unique learning environments, and play-based learning.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP) is essential as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected to maintain a high professional standard.
• Commitment to child safety- A zero tolerance to harm or risk of harm to all children and commitment to a culture of reporting harm or risk of harm to all children.
