You’ll collaborate with marketing and ecommerce stakeholders to boost conversions, site speed, and organic search performance. The role emphasizes clean, practical front‑end code, with a strong focus on UX and SEO awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience building and customizing WordPress frontends, including themes, templates and plugins.
• Knowledge of responsive, mobile‑first development and UX in ecommerce contexts.
• Awareness of on‑page SEO fundamentals and page speed optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build, customise, and maintain frontend components and templates within WordPress.
• Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to improve conversions and performance.
• Implement responsive layouts, accessibility, and brand consistency across sites.
• Apply UX thinking to layout, spacing, hierarchy, and mobile interactions.
• Support SEO through structured data, metadata, and internal linking practices.
• Interpret analytics and heatmaps to prioritise frontend improvements.
