Job summary

Workforce International are seeking Trades Assistants for ongoing works in the Kurri Kurri area. As a Trades Assistant, you will support the construction, assembly and modification of production and manufacturing equipment & facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Trades Assistant or similar on a site
• Mechanically-minded with good problem solving
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Ability to satisfy pre-employment medical including D&A screening
• OHS White Card
• Reliable transport

Responsibilities

• Assisting tradespeople on site as required
• Operating hand and power tools such as grinders, drills, and saws
• General site cleanup and waste management
• Materials handling, loading and unloading, ensuring gear is in the right place
• Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
