Qualifications

• Must have full Australian driver's license and a valid White Card.
• Experience in a trade or building construction environment with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Trade Assistants with daily maintenance tasks.
• Allocate work, ensure safety, and maintain required standards.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and respond to day-to-day needs.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and work records.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team while upholding WHS standards.
