Downer Group is recruiting a Maintenance Officer to join the Stockland team at Halcyon Promenade LLC in Moreton Bay. You’ll be the on-site point of contact for maintenance, carry out routine inspections, coordinate contractors and support the delivery of safe, well-presented Land Lease Communities across Stockland’s national portfolio.

Competenze

• Experience in general maintenance or basic repairs.
• Pool maintenance and grounds experience is desirable.
• WHS requirements and Zero Harm principles knowledge.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and monitor service delivery.
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
• Strong customer-focused communication skills.

Mansioni

• Acting as the first point of contact for onsite maintenance and minor repairs
• Conducting routine site inspections, hazard identification and risk mitigation
• Coordinating contractors, deliveries, supplies and consumables
• Performing general maintenance, cleaning and pool testing
