Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Maintenance & Grounds Assistant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT. You will support the Maintenance & Grounds Manager with day-to-day supervision and coordinate the team to maintain guest areas, pools, and grounds across the resort.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on maintenance leadership, coaching skills and a focus on guest satisfaction. Relocation assistance and on-site staff amenities are offered to support relocation and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance leadership and team supervision.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance & Grounds Manager with daily supervision and coordination of the team.
• Oversee maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, pools, and grounds.
