Beeline Medicines seeks an IT Support Analyst to provide on-site desktop and end-user support, handling hardware, software, and network issues for office staff while assisting executive meetings and live events. The role emphasizes strong customer service, solid technical fundamentals, and the ability to support high-visibility events under guidance from senior staff.

This fully on-site position requires full-time attendance from Beeline Medicines' office, with occasional after-hours support for

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
3+ years of hands-on IT support, desktop and end-user troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and basic administration; Entra ID/Intune preferred.

Mansioni

Provide first- and some second-level IT support for office-based staff; troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and M365 issues.
Assist senior IT staff with executive technology setup and events; support board meetings and town halls.
Set up and maintain conference room tech, Teams Rooms, displays, cameras, and wireless presentation devices.
