HR Partners is seeking a Service Desk/Desktop Support professional to provide first-line technical resolution across corporate offices, sites and field teams in Parramatta. You will handle Entra ID provisioning, Exchange/365 admin, and MDM support while delivering exceptional customer service on a rotating shift.

You should have at least 2 years in a corporate service desk, strong first-contact resolution skills, and solid Windows/M365 expertise.
