EQ Resources Limited seeks a Coordinator - Health, Hygiene and Assurance to lead and coordinate health and hygiene programs at Mt Carbine Mine. You will manage dust, silica and noise monitoring, supervise health surveillance, and maintain governance documentation to support safe operations.

The role requires a Certificate III+ in an aligned field, strong confidentiality, and a current QLD C Class licence. Mining experience and current nursing/paramedic registration are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or higher in WHS, nursing, paramedicine or occupational health.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to confidentiality.
• Current Queensland C Class driver's licence.
• Mining, resources or heavy industry experience (highly regarded).
• Current AHPRA registration as a nurse or paramedic (highly regarded).
• Experience with health surveillance or hygiene monitoring (highly regarded).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate occupational hygiene monitoring program (dust, silica, noise).
• Coordinate health surveillance, pre-employment medicals, fit testing and fitness for work testing.
• Maintain Safety and Health Management System documents, registers and the Mine Record.
• Coordinate audits, inspections and critical control verification, and track findings to closure.
• Support risk assessments and incident investigations, and prepare clear safety and health reports.
