Job summary

UGL is seeking a Dynamic Testing Supervisor to lead and coordinate dynamic testing activities on major rail infrastructure projects. Based onsite in Brisbane, you will report to the PICOT and ensure testing is performed safely, efficiently, and per approved procedures and project requirements.

You will coordinate testing teams, conduct pre-start briefings, manage test data, and maintain rigorous documentation while promoting a strong safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising testing, commissioning, or operational activities within rail, infrastructure, electrical, signalling, or systems environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and risk management.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, test procedures, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support the PICOT in planning, coordination, and execution of dynamic testing activities.
• Lead daily pre-start briefings, ensuring testing objectives, safety, and site risks are understood.
• Supervise testing crews during test execution and record/test data.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, instruments, and test resources are ready before testing.
• Monitor progress and provide real‑time feedback on outcomes, issues, risks.
