Job summary

UGL is seeking an experienced PICOT for Dynamic Testing in Brisbane, coordinating all testing activities inside the Cross River Rail tunnel. You will lead testing teams, ensure safety and compliance with plans, and liaise with engineering and operations to deliver critical rail system tests.

The role requires proven leadership in testing, rail sector experience, and a strong commitment to safety and quality across multiple systems and shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in PICOT or testing leadership roles on complex projects.
• Experience in rail infrastructure, signalling, commissioning or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices within rail or tunnel environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to achieving high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate dynamic testing activities within the Cross River Rail tunnel environment.
• Ensure testing is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with plans and procedures.
• Coordinate testing personnel, equipment and resources across shifts.
• Liaise with engineering, commissioning, construction and operations teams to enable testing success.
• Verify calibration, permits, access and safety documentation prior to testing.
