Job summary

JBS Australia is seeking a highly organised Domestic Logistics Coordinator to join our Shipping & Docs team at Riverview (Ipswich) in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will coordinate daily freight activities and collaborate with transport providers, internal teams and operations to ensure seamless product movement and outstanding service.

Based in our Northern Ops Head Office, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction while navigating

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport coordination or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of domestic freight networks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using logistics systems, ERP or transport booking platforms.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
• Experience in warehousing or inventory operations.
• Background in manufacturing, FMCG, retail or industrial sectors.
• Detail-focused, organised and reliable.
• Customer-centric with a service mindset.
• Ability to build strong relationships across carriers and internal teams.
• Calm under pressure and deadline-driven.
• Analytical and always looking for better ways of doing things.
