Job summary

Boral is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead on-site delivery of key sites within the Silo Upgrade Program from pre-construction through to handover. The role demands hands-on management of contractors in a live operational environment, strict safety compliance, and active collaboration with the Capital Projects team.

You will plan multi-disciplinary activities, drive schedule, cost and quality outcomes, and report progress while building strong relationships with operations,

Qualifications

• Proven on-site construction delivery on capital projects.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors across safety, quality, schedule and site performance.
• Strong understanding of construction execution in live operational or brownfield environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across operations, contractors and internal teams.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and scopes and work with designers, engineers and suppliers to resolve site issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based delivery of the project from pre-construction through mobilisation, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Plan and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction activities to meet schedule, cost and quality outcomes.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors daily and enforce safety requirements.
• Manage schedule coordination, cost and variations, risk and quality control.
• Build strong relationships with site operations, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, defect rectification and handover documentation.
• Support procurement and contract administration from scopes of work to contractor completion.
