Job summary
Voyages Tourism Australia is seeking a Cluster Financial Controller to live and work onsite at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT. You will oversee day-to-day finance operations, drive financial performance, and act as a strategic partner to operational leaders, shaping business outcomes in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications
- CA/CPA qualified
- Hospitality industry experience essential
- Minimum of two years’ management experience
- Finance modelling and analysis capability
- Strong business partnering with action bias
- Stakeholder engagement with senior management
- Experience driving process improvement and financial controls
- Excellent communication of complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead finance operations to ensure accuracy, compliance and governance
- Direct the full month end cycle with timely journals and reporting
- Act as strategic finance partner to operational teams
- Lead continuous improvement across finance processes
- Analyse operational performance to identify opportunities and recommendations
- Collaborate on rolling forecasts and annual budgets
