Overview

Online Fulfillment Officer - Christmas Casuals. This is a casual role with varied hours, based in the Adelaide CBD distribution center, servicing online orders and retail stores. Multiple roles available, with some immediate start. Salary expectations should be added to your profile for insights.

Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders in a fast, efficient, accurate and safe manner (daily).
  • Ensure all orders have correct paperwork and shipping labels.
  • Ensure all products are shipped in the correct packaging and have stickers applied to packaging.
  • Inventory management: receive incoming inventory, verify receipts against purchase orders, and store goods appropriately.
  • Use warehouse inventory management systems and related computer systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Meet required delivery timeframes for online and purchase orders.
Requirements
  • High attention to detail; works efficiently and well with others.
  • Proficient with an inventory management system and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with order fulfillment is preferred; otherwise the following attributes apply: orderly, organized, responsible, and a team player.
  • Working knowledge of inventory programs for data entry.
  • Physically fit (some lifting and moving of boxes).
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills.
  • Capable of working with a small team to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Availability Monday through Saturday (not necessarily every day); sense of urgency; flexibility in duties (store fulfillment work may be involved).
  • Current Police Clearance is required before commencing roles.
