Job summary

The Care Collective Corp Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced nanny to support a returning family with a 3-year-old girl and a baby boy (approx. 5 months). The role is 3pm–6pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 15 hours per week, at the family home in Burleigh Waters QLD.

Responsibilities include caring for the baby, supporting the afternoon and evening routine, dinner, bath and bedtime, and gentle play. Must follow dietary needs for the infant and handle light tidying.

Qualifications

• Experienced and confident caring for young infants.
• Ability to follow a family’s established routines.
• Comfortable with a baby with dairy intolerance and no dairy until 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Care for the baby at home while mum collects their daughter.
• Work alongside mum to support the afternoon and evening routine.
• Assist with dinner preparation, bath time and bedtime.
• Support feeds and solids, following the baby’s dietary needs.
• Provide age–appropriate play and activities, including walks and park visits.
• Light tidying to keep the home organised.
• Be reliably available five days per week from 3pm–6pm.
• Follow existing routines and dietary requirements.

The Care Collective is seeking an experienced, reliable nanny to support a returning client family with two children: a 3 year old girl and a baby boy aged approximately 5 months.

This ongoing role involves working alongside mum, following the family’s established afternoon routines and assisting with dinner, bath and bedtime.

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 3pm - 6pm, totalling 15 hours weekly

Family travel: The family will be away from 10 - 16 October 2026

Transport: No driving or daycare collection required. Local activities are within walking distance.

Responsibilities:

• Care for the baby at home while mum collects their daughter.
• Work alongside mum to support the afternoon and evening routine.
• Assist with dinner preparation, bath time and bedtime.
• Support feeds and solids, carefully following the family’s instructions for the baby’s cow’s milk protein intolerance, including no dairy until 12 months.
• Provide age appropriate play and activities, including walks and park visits.
• Assist with light tidying to keep the home organised.
• Experienced and confident caring for young infants.
• Reliably available five days per week from 3pm - 6pm.
• Calm, attentive and comfortable working alongside mum.
• Able to follow existing routines and dietary requirements.
• Proactive with dinner preparation and light tidying.
• Comfortable around the family’s gentle 10 year old Labrador.
