Job summary

St Stephens Hospital in Hervey Bay, QLD is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Oncology Ward on a casual basis. You will provide safe, holistic care to patients and families, work with a multidisciplinary team, and apply best clinical practice to optimise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in an acute care/hospital setting.
• Previous chemotherapy experience.
• Up-to-date Antineoplastic Drug Administration Course (ADAC) certificates.
• Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and holistic care to individuals and families in the Oncology Ward.
• Deliver patient-centred care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe environments and optimal outcomes.
