Job summary

Melanoma Institute Australia (MIA) invites a Clinical Trials Coordinator who is a Registered Nurse to manage designated melanoma trials. You will oversee initiation through close-out, ensure GCP compliance, liaise with patients and clinicians, and maintain meticulous documentation across multiple sites.

The role requires oncology experience, venipuncture capability, and strong administrative and communication skills to support investigators and trial teams. Travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in oncology care settings.
• Previous clinical trials coordination experience.
• Ability to perform venipuncture.
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of designated trials from initiation to close-out.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with patients, doctors and staff across the Institute.
• Maintain accurate trial documentation and medical records.
• Perform protocol-driven procedures as required.
• Provide support to the broader clinical trials team.
